I hope it's not intentional, and is just an oversight, but I figured I'd mention it anyways. It won't cause any problems, but it probably should be fixed so it doesn't collide with anything in the future.
There's also a lot of 'identical to master' stuff. Most of it shouldn't be necessary. Some of it (in the case of Boone's Machette), is very strange indeed. A good going over of the file in FNVEdit would be beneficial before Version 1.
